The Ambassador Advantage - Terms & Conditions

By becoming a participating member of the Ambassador Travel Give-Back Program
your non-profit organization/club agrees to the following:

  1. Your non-profit organization/club will name one person to be the Account Manager.  This person will be the main contact for questions and inquiries.  This person is authorized to make financial decisions in regards to how the funds earned through the program will be used.  This person has full authority over the account.
  2. Your non-profit organization/club will name an Account Representative.  This person will be the secondary contact for questions and inquiries.  This person is NOT authorized to make financial decisions in regards to how the funds earned through the program will be used.  This person has limited authority over the account.
  3. No other member at any time shall request or be given information in regards to funds earned or the status of the account.
  4. Ambassador Travel will adhere to a strict confidentiality policy in regards to members past, present, and future travel arrangements.  The only information that will be distributed is total funds earned as a group and this information will be given to the Account Manager on a quarterly basis or as requested by the Account Manager.  At no time will a list of individual travel be distributed or discussed. 
  5. Once a member registers under one particular non-profit organization/club the membership will be in effect until December 31st of the present calendar year. 
  6. If a member requests to change the status of membership from one non-profit organization/club to another the change will not go into effect until January 1st of the upcoming year. 
  7. All donations from Ambassador Travel will be done through the Give-Back Program.  By agreeing to these terms your non-profit organization/club has agreed to:
    1. Inform members about the opportunity to participate in the program
       i.      A representative from Ambassador Travel can present at a meeting
       ii.      A representative from the non-profit organization/club can hand out or email membership registration to all members
       iii.      A representative from the non-profit organization/club will give Ambassador Travel the contact information for members and Ambassador Travel will be responsible for getting the information to the members
    2. Promote as a fund raiser
    3. Work with Ambassador Travel to come up with a plan to tend to the member’s travels needs.  This plan will differ from one non-profit organization/club to another.  All members must agree to follow the plan when making travel arrangements under this Give-Back Program.

All members agree to complete a travel survey and receive occasional travel information from Ambassador Travel.  The completed survey must be returned upon member registration.  Completed forms can be mailed to or dropped off at:
